Our inventory report will include a complete record of the décor, furniture, fixtures and fittings of the property including outside space. Outside areas will also cover utility meter readings.
Mid term Inspections
Scheduled inspections during tenancy.
Mid term inspections can be arranged with your tenant during the tenancy. These are available on request for an additional cost.
